This contract for wedding photography services from Dunville Photography is hereby effective and binding the date it is signed by the two parties, David Dunville, and

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS

 

Dunville Photography (hereinafter referred as “Photographer”) and the client(s) agree that unless stated otherwise in this document, Photographer owns any and all copy or reproduction rights. The client(s) agrees to not reproduce or copy ANY proof or other photograph of the event, taken by the Photographer, without the Photographer’s written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction of proofs constitutes a breach of this agreement and will subject the client(s) to any and all applicable civil penalties.

 

PAYMENT REQUIRMENTS

 

To reserve the event date, Photographer requires a down payment of 50% the cost of the chosen package. Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of the down payment. This amount is non-refundable for any reason, except if this contract is cancelled by Photographer. Final payment must be received no later then 7 days prior to the event date.

 

 

 

ORDERING TIMELINE

 

All print orders MUST be received by the Photographer within three (3) months of the wedding date, unless otherwise arranged between the Client(s) and the Photographer.

 

 

 

DISCLAIMER

 

Dunville Photography will make every effort to make sure your event is made into a moment you will always remember. In the unlikely event that a mechanical failure should occur to our equipment and we are unable to provide the Client(s) with the agreed upon photography services, we will reimburse the Client(s) all amounts paid to date.

 

Client(s) agrees that Dunville Photography may use any photograph for publicity purposes that we choose that contain images from the event. Such publicity and advertising may include publication on Dunville Photography’s website or otherwise.
